So for one of the core requirements of my school, I have to take a creative arts class. I decided to take Creative Dramatics. I now need a 1-2 minute monologue from a contemporary work that is realistic for a 18-30 year old girl to play. Any suggestions?
“Ray of Death!”
- I sent in my application to The Real World, so I’m hoping to hear back from that. I’m putting a lot of my eggs into that basket, the MTV basket. And if that doesn’t work out I’m thinking about getting a gun, and dealin’ crack. Being a crack dealer. Not, like, a mean crack dealer, but like… like a nice one. Kinda friendly, like, “Hey, what’s up guys? You want some crack?”. I’m just kinda waiting on those two things to flesh themselves out.
I dont know how I feel about this… haha
and people wonder why I want to keep my pickup!
This reminds me of home when everyone would load up the truck beds with blankets and we would go to the Drive-In. I cannot wait until summer :)
This movie is probably my favorite movie of all time. No one saw it, sadly, but it is a cinematic experience for sure. It has a unique plotline, and a beautiful ending. Also, some of my favorite quotes come from this movie. Basically, if you get a chance to, please watch it. I have possibly seen it a thousand times… and counting.
Favorite Movies of all Time: American History X (1998)
‘We are not enemies, but friends. We must not be enemies. Though passion may have strained, it must not break our bonds of affection. The mystic chords of memory will swell when again touched, as surely they will be, by the better angels of our nature.’
One of the many reasons I love Ed Norton.
Troy Dyer in Reality Bites
This movie is fantastic.
